I just entered the Chocolate Milk Contest! You are suppose to share your post workout routine and how you refuel. I have always refueled with chocolate milk. Having my degree in Health and Exercise Science, I took alot of nutrition classes and read alot of science based studies. Most of the studies and all of my professors agreed that chocolate milk is the best post workout recovery drink there is. Plus it taste really good!!
